Wilson Creek also is not in Lenoir. Perhaps this video should be named Caldwell County near Lenoir, North Carolina. I live in the Patterson/Happy Valley area.

part of 221(just below the Blue Ridge Parkway) is in Caldwell County.

Since Caldwell County's borders go to the Eastern Continental divide just east of the Green Park Inn in Blowing Rock, it is possible that the photo could be from Caldwell. A lot of the most picturesque scenery is from Caldwell near Blowing Rock and the Globe areas.
