Emma Trott who played Tiffany Pollard is profoundly deaf and acting with others who are hearing. There are two languages in the film! BSL and spoken English! Little Tiffany film included subtitles and sound which are useful for both audience (deaf & hearing)!

The story is about Tiffany Pollard complaining about the BBC, as they keeps labelling Tiffany Pollard as a druggie, preggie, troublesome teenager. So, her boyfriend Vince tried to ignore Tiffany and start thinking about a new beautiful woman by his drawing sketches but unfortunately beautiful woman is not real or even exist. So, Vince end up carry on his relationship with Tiffany Pollard.
