Just my 2 cents: Don't zoom the screen in and scroll around. It is distracting (especially when watching in full screen). I want to be able to see the entire screen as you work. Otherwise a good tutorial. :)

Fascinating now I know what i could use in my next film of someone kicking and doing martial arts however I might have to slow down the motion on the character ...
will it effect the ghosting effect on it if I had it slowed down ?

if you have primiere pro you can just use an effect which is called ghosting.
