This is my 2000 GSXR 750 in trackday trim. The only mods are a K&N filter and a Yoshimura RS3 slip-on.

ummm this does seem a little fast for a "almost stock" 750
for example even a gsxr1000 is rated at <300 for top speed.
perhaps your speedo may need some slight adjustment. (lets say around 20%)

Do you have an another speedometer ? because normaly they end at 299

@Sm0kedXyourXmum ... I recommend replacing the air filter with a re-usable one, cause it's not much more than the stock one. The slight power increase is actually not noticeable.
