    I know right?! But, I think I know why. More people died in Haiti then Chilli. A long time ago a 6.4 (I think) Hit Chilli. Then, Chilli gets ready for another one. Stronger buildings, More Dams. (I don't know about Dams) Chilli thinks the next earthquake will be, ''The Big One'' and when the ''Big one'' hit Cilli Not much people died.
