It is sad indeed to see Somalia in anarchy. But the question is: can the present so called leaders restore law and order, build government institutions and deliver services ?
Somalia fits well Hobbe's description of a State of Nature, where life was " nasty, short and brutish' for all.
Sharmarke is Western educated, served in diplomatic capacity with UN but talks like a primary school kid with no diplomatic skills.
