It is hard to convey a thorough Bible study in a few lines of comment. Disciples asked Jesus to teach us to pray and we're given a blue print in Matt 6:9-13; Luke 11:2-4. Elijah prayed at God's command to show the derailed nation of Israel that Baal (so-called god of fire) is nothing. And then prayed rain to come down which the nation had not have in 3.5 years; All in efforts to point the nation back to God. I stand on the Scripture in whatever I do. Pagan culture has infiltrated the Church.

@aoladi1 See,this's what this ministries is all about,bringing souls like yours out of pits of ignorance.We have a lot of people who were terribly rebellions against the prayers and the faith of this ministries but When attacked by the evil power and their prayer of "our father who is in heaven failed them" then they started running down to MFM for the real prayer and they were delivered by "their own prayer of fire and power".May God help u to get it so that you don't cry when it's too late...

Ignorance is bad. Jesus does teach us to pray this way. Elijah prayed for fire and for rain, but it's really rain people needed. It is therefore the prayer of Elijah for rain that is re-emphasized in the New Testament (James 5:17-18). I will rather focus on the power of God rather than Satanic power. He who has ears, let him hear says the Lord
