BLERODSEINSUL, you saw something nobody did... rally stewards removed the penalty at the end of the rally after confirming from the in car camera that he DID NOT JUMP THE START!!!

Loeb has to be at a disadvantage for anyone to have a shot at beating him. If he's racing someone starting before him (i.e. doing road sweeping duty), then it's basically decided.
There's just no one who can compete with the king of rallying.
