You can check update availability for your C6-00 by going to Menu > SW updates, or by dialing *#0000# > Options > Check for updates. It will automatically show you all available updates for the phone. You can also check it using Nokia Suite.

can anyone please tell me where the nokia suit stores the downloaded update, it was not downloaded completely and now i am unable to update my phone, its goes switched off and then it says connection to the phone was lost. i am using N8

Update files are stored only temporarily during the update process and not kept afterwards. The next time the download will begin again. For further support, you can visit the Nokia web site for your country then follow the Support link.

i'e installed the Nokia belle yesterday from home!!

but when i turned t on... i had 4 home screens and not 6 !! O.o

can someone tell me why??

They do that on purpose. Watch all the new ads, The time on the 808 PureView is 8:08, on the Lumia 920 is 9:20 etc

When I click update and after it finishes backing up it starts installing and at like 15% my Windows 8 PC crashes and says KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE I dont know what is hapening please help as I want to update my phone, Thank You in advance!
