Awesome Loovee watching WMMA.. This is a great workout as well love to train at the gym.. If i could i would love to be a wmma figheter.. Wish there was womans Ultimate fighter champion on spike tv. They would get lots of ratings and lots of woman that would tryout for it..

The main problem with this is simple mindedness, all people are limited by what they know from training, without experienced players training women you'll not get so many women at the levels needed, men need to stop being so afraid of difference, think about it, MIXED fighting with MIXED gender! Why not, this doesn't mean men vs women but having a separate womens league by the men making an effort instead of running from new things! I have seen many great female fights, they will onlyget better!

I regularly train with men and women. The more skilled women who actually spar with guys while training have to focus more on technique and skill, otherwise they'll be naturally overpowered by men.

Dana is right there is no depth no technique no style with a lot of these female fighters I think I can count on my hand how many good female fighters their are in the world

I wouldn't mind seeing WMMA, but I've seen a number of female fights that are severely lacking compared to the men's. If the standard of technique increased, I'd be all for it.
