  • Try doing as many as you can with good form for 5 - 10 minutes without taking a break.

  • great kettlebell combo! i am going to add a few more exercises to it, after the bicep curl twist from side to side throw in a good morning and a straight leg dead lift and a calf raise, then continue the combo shoulder press tri press. thank you good exercise mate
