I have a form of tourettes syndrome, and although i have normal intellect (people always ask "so what, your retarded or something?" because they're all idiots), I get really bad twitches, particularly in my eyes and neck. It is possible he has mild tourettes, or a form of autism. sweet kid, be thankful it isn't coprolalia though!
