y is it illegal? i thought rule was if she lands in cradle after being released its legal

the reason its illegal is because..if you do a full 360 rotation, you have to be holding onto someones hands etc..your not suspose to be flipping in the air without assistance, not for highschool anyway

that was awesome how is it illegal my team we did that but more extreme we did a basket into a stunt we did a back flip cradle back to a stunt to a 3 person basket that mean three people got throw in the air in the same stunt three of us got lifted up at the same stunt group then we did a back flip while we were in the stunt to a cart wheel and cradle so yea and it wasn't illegal the cops were there to and they said it was awesome i live in america

Ha ha I find it hilarious that Americans have stricter rules than Europeans! We did that stunt at UKCA and it wasn't illegal! Your stunt was fab though!
