like zoro said, dont stop in the air, but you still want to kick your legs. practice it and make it a lil more smoother. (i would say practice it slower but its hard to slow down 3 step)

If you want to get better, keep your right leg straight on step 2 and dont stop in the air. Just let the momentum take you back to step 1.
