The following is performed at the end of my bench workout:
Band Shoulder Retraction x20-30 reps
External Rotation with Micro Mini Bands x30-50 reps
Side Raises (thumbs up) x30 reps
External Rotation laying on side x30-50 reps (each arm)
Front Raises (thumbs up) x30 reps
