How to Create, Save, and Open a project in Visual Basic 2008

This is a simple tutorial for beginners teaching you how to open a project in Visual Basic 2008.

You just create the project, and open the project folder, then open the project file, and then drop the other VB form files in the Project Window. Finally, you click "View", and click "View Designer".
