Gief:  Lariat. Ultra.

i think zangiefs hp is justified versus projectile fighters because it is hard to get close to them especially an akuma.  however, vs the non projectile i think he's OP'd

Exactly my thoughts. Capcom generally does a good job balancing characters and this is intolerable! Expecting the patch that doesn't let these scrubs getting away with it..

Nice Gen, its definitely an uphill battle against Gief. It will only make you better.

I fought a spamming banishing/lariat gief. I don't think i've thrown out so many cannon drills.

This match is proof positive that Capcom failed miserably in character balance with respect to Zangief.

Sagat is bad enough in SF4, but having to deal with this bullshit adds insult to injury.

Look at the TINY amount of damage Gen's ultra did to Gief in the first round - but hey good thing Giefs ultra does like 50-60% LOL!

Scrub Gief beats out a superior player because he's Gief. So Lame.
