We had some left over andagi from yesterday's Okinawa Festival and decided to to a quick test of the differences between an andagi heated up in the microwave for 30 seconds vs. a toaster over at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Mahalo to @scrivener @typezero3 @AnneMurata @lazarus2000 and @lavasusan for their super quick replies. Without all of you this taste test would have been possible but not probable.

That's right! I almost died for the sake of this experiment. Mostly due to poor planning.

They are a little dry on the inside but not so much so that they are bad. It is kind of hard to describe if you never had one. Because despite almost killing myself. They were good! Hahaha.
