I am not sure if anyone will enjoy listening to this composition of mine or not, time will tell, but I sure experienced a release just in playing/recording it. What this is, is me sitting down at my keyboard, hitting record and just playing, playing a musical interpretation of the last ten years. It has had zero editing.

Many have misunderstood my pain/intentions/actions, some have even accused me of "faking it or playing on it!!!!" But the only thing what matters is that I know. and I also know that there is light at the end of tunnel.

I would love your comments on this tune, good or bad. and for anyone who is going through a rough time at the moment, be strong, you will get through it, you will get through it! but perhaps listen to more positive music after this one!

For three years now I've been suffering from heavy depression. It's been crushing. I wanted to tell you, Paul, that I listened to this for the first time a week or so ago.

A week ago, I didn't take any anti-depressents. I haven't taken any pills since today. And, I have you to thank for healing me. Even though thank you is insignificant to what you have given back to me, THANK YOU.

Very important to acknowledge depression My husband suffered from depression, and died young with much of what he wanted to do in life still undone.

Depression is much misunderstood and there is still a stigma in society about it, which is quite sad.

Kudos to the composer and the poster!
