Robert L. Kee is the Process Change Executive within Global Technology and Operations, responsible for setting the Banks direction and managing the transformation of the Banks paper based processes to less paper intensive while creating a true Enterprise Content Management infrastructure across the Bank. This includes the strategy for the design, development, distribution and production of all digital, printed and published materials and the management of the strategy for desktop print throughout the Bank.
