On 8/21/07 Judge Fidler apologizes to blogger "Sprocket" (http://sprocket-trials.blogspot.com/) for publicly admonishing her in court after she was falsely accused of talking loud enough to be overheard by jurors by a jealous rival for Dominick Dunne's attention on 8/16/07.

Vidonweb, you're most likely 3 years old, so you wouldn't be aware of Spector's co-write, "You've Lost that Lovin' Feelin'", which received the most airplay in the 20th century. Or "To Know Him is to Love Him", a fave cover by the Beatles that...oh yeah...you wouldn't know of them either. They were big before you were born. Spector's a shmuck, but a good songwriter. Maybe link me to your songwriting, Vidonweb.

Cool Judge. And Spector was convicted of second degree murder today, April 13, 2009.

Have you heard of the "wall of sound" production technique? Well he created it. Check it out. No matter how much of a scumbag Spector is, he's an amazing producer who's accomplished a lot.

08 spector trial is on, The approach his lawyer says is the only way to combat what defense considers most damning evidence against Spector,is the testimoney of 5 women he dated over last 25 yrs, none knowing the other, say he terrorized them with guns under similar circustances. Not brought into testimoney at the trial but at the pretrial, people he worked with in studio, say He would pull a gun on them while drunk if they wanted to leave the recording studio and he didn't. He killed her

Totally agree. His hits were commercial crap tarted up with lots of extraneous instrumentation. Childrens music just like the boy and girl bands of today: N'sync, Pussycat Dolls.

What hit song did he write? None? All he did was add too much reverb, double track (or triple track) bad vocals, and record the most childish of songs.

He's dressed like a 1964 Beatle!
