If you're from the USA you can't give the comment I am replying to nor mine a thumbs down, because you have a biased opinion. Borkles has a point, no country has respect for the USA, and most do percieve the nation as a whole as a bully with a lot of firepower. Although the western word conforms to the values that the USA fight for, most disagree with the methods and actions in which they attempt to force their values onto other soverign states.

In your defence I would say the pictures are appropriate, they show the current conflicts that needs to change. I might agree with some pictures being "pro US. soldiers", but the slideshow as a whole shows destruction and portrays war as something negative, in the same way the song does.

everyone is way off. This is not about war or government. This is about our generation and how we arent respected and dont get the chance to voice our opinions. He is merely trying to say that we need to hold on and one of these days, we will get the chance to be heard. I hate it when people read lyrics word for word and take for face value. Think a little deeper. Its art, the meaning isnt gonna jump out at you, you have to find it
