A snowy night at the end of Feb and the beginning of March, in the North Side of Baltimore Maryland, 4 acts performed the ancient art of Hip Hop in the worn in venue the Ottobar.... though the on lookers were few by their voice they were mighty. First was the NETwork (ft Fresh Competition, Tezy and Grizzley Ad Lib), then the Jade Fox experiance (ft Jade Fox, Delano and ....), then For the People did what they do .... and ... finally .....
