Yes, but even more Shawn Lane´s later stuff with Jonas Hellborg ot the Johansson brothers. Heard his solo on Acrostic Shibboleth today. First take and 100 % improvised.

if it sounds good doesn't matter how it's done. the twitchy riffs do nothing for me, though.
