This is a comparison of my wife's iphone 4 (right) compared to my iphone 3GS (left). I've covered both their antenna's in the same way, in the same location, the same full signal strength, and with minimal pressure. This comparison is rather silly as nobody would hold their phone like this but my point is to demonstrate that in OUR case the 3GS has the same exact issue as the 4. This "issue" has never altered our cell phone usage on either phone. If this is really such a big issue that is effecting so many people then it should have been noticed with the 3GS upon release. Especially since most people are right handed and the palm of their hand doesn't cover up these area's on the 4 like it does the 3GS. So technically I believe the 3GS issue would have effected more users by far...
Sorry that my hands shake and it makes it a bit blurry...
You took the words right out of my mouth. People need to chill out, especially people who upgraded their 3gs to an iphone 4 and are complaining about the signal. That being said, exactly how "revolutionary" is this new antenna design? I'm getting my iphone two days from today and am upgrading from a 3g. I know the iphone 4 will be a huge improvement from my sluggish 3g.
