Top two most thumbed up comments prove this video is true ; males are de-evolving. We have short spanned thought patterns. We are less emotionally connected. More demanding than generous. More linear than open.
Philip Zimbardo brings up great points -

Guys, you don't need to have a girlfriend to quit masturbation, casual ses is there for this. There is any better way to work the confidence of a man than try to become a alfa man ?

That, and the Bronie-Conventions.
Kick all the glowing screens out of your life, and don't fool your self about the "progressiveness" of DEGENERATION (there's very little that is "natural" about the modern world). Then, you'll actually go far.

As a man I can honestly say that I have absolutely no desire to form ""meaningful relationships"" with anybody. I just want to live my life, doing the things I like. The problem comes when individuals -- be they male or female -- make the assumption that their thoughts, opinions and feelings are "correct" and that those who do not share them have a "problem".
No doubt this fellow has the solution to my "problem", only $9.99 in all good book stores.

Are men biologically "made" to have "emotional" relationships/connections? I dont think so.

50 porn videos a week!? 10,000 hours of gaming by 21!?
I'm a 30yo guy and watch online porn 1-2 times a week...maybe 30 minutes or so. As for video games, I don't play much at all. Every so often, I'll whip out the greatest game ever invented, Mario Kart 64. I think gaming evolution is fascinating(the Oculus Rift will revolutionize VR), but I'm not a "gamer" to any degree. If all of that data is the average...I'm actually doing alright in life it seems. 50 porn videos a week? That's just....sad.

My own theory:
As the world becomes ever more connected via the internet and social networks, cooperation becomes ever more important. The days of oil barons and industry tycoons setting out to make a name for themselves are over. The world is more global, connected, and heterogeneous than ever before. And women(interdependent cooperative gatherers) are better suited to this than men(independent competitive hunters). Neither are better or worse. It's just a natural change in social evolution.

I understand how you feel. You know it's bad for you but you feel like you can't give it up? Well habits are made to be broken and you can take baby steps. I don't know if you're video gaming too much or watching too much porn or just wasting time for hours on the internet, but try to give that stuff up and replace it with things like interacting with people (e.g. a job, going out, hobbies, sports). Gotta take it day by day, and I promise as long as you dedicate yourself you will be good!
