Luz Maria Villanueva from Bonita, California, is telegenic, highly intelligent, well-educated (Ph.D. in Psychology) single mother with one son who is legally blind in college, another son about to undergo chemotherapy, plus she also is, in effect, the "adoptive" mother of a young woman with autism, as well as being the mother of a teenage daughter.


Despite a wide range of efforts for loan modifications at Union Bank going back to October 2009, Union Bank has never presented a solution, and instead, Union Bank has sought primarily to focus on repossessing her property.

If you can't pay why should you stay? Sad story but I was raise on the concept of hard work. Just cause you live in a place 17 years don't make it yours. You must make all payments, a signature used to be worth something. It was a thing of honor...
