  • Western Watersheds- just want you to know I am using your videos ... good stuff

  • Western public lands grazing costs the taxpayer more than it returns. So as a taxpayer I guess I am doing just what you suggest.

  • Here's a hint on what you have watch out for -- cowpies. Learn to identify them. Learn them soaked, half decomposed, and even petrified (which pretty much happens in the dry and cold areas of the west). They are easy to find. Good hunting ;-)

  • I can't see any evidence of cattle presense at all in this video. I believe it is pretty much what the Center for Biological Diversity did on the Chilton land in he SW part of the nation. Pretending camper damage from a rally was livestock damage and then exploiting their fib to fundraise. You have to watch these groups.

  • Well ranchers spend their money and lot's of it to improve public land so if you have an opinion maybe you should put your money where your mouth is.

  • It's public land. I'll spend my money to improve my private land. Thank you.

Our tax dollars are used to manage our public lands, but in this case no money is needed. Just remove the cattle until the area is healed. Then they can come back, but under better supervision.

  • Ok why dont you spend some money to improve the range then

  • It looks to me like the only use here is livestock -- Cows put out on the range too long and with no supervision.

This is public land and it is supposed to be more than a cattle wallow.

  • Gline123 wildlife needs are better met with grazing. The land is multi use. Wildlife would not be in some areas if the cattle didn't have watering systems there. Yes it needs to be managed but please dont give western watersheds any credit. They will break laws to get the video results that they need. They are the real crooks.

  • I can see reducing livestock grazing in some areas and in some years, but you people seem to want to just let the land sit there for eternity with no one using it.
