Taught exclusively by Stephane Vigroux, Dan Edwardes, Forrest, Chris Keighley, Kazuma and Johann Vigroux, the indoor classes in London are offered as a supplement to the outdoor parkour training and focus largely on developing the physical attributes and functional strength and fitness necessary for parkour. @miciso666 Parkour has no age any one can do it i know i guy that started at the age of 31 he has been doing it for more then a year
