this was our final night of our six week long beginners sparring class which pitted our witts, and our beginner talents in the ring..

the guys showed respect for their opponents and although nervous we all acted in a good sportsmanship like manner..i think

So much to do, so many errors to rectify, so much to learn from this first video, andso many advantages to be taken.

Now the Journey begins............

  • HI Mate, i was only a yellow belt then, and it was first full sparring in the ring...yeah it did hurt, but t was the fact i couldnt breath...lol..ive come quite along way since then in my style now though

still loving it though, going for my green belt in 2 weeks and my first full contact official fight is on the 16th...

best bthing i ever did was to start kickboxing, changed me completly

  • now thats Sarcasim if ever i seen it...lol

  • now i certainly wont go that far, but that was my first proper time in the ring so understandably we were all anxious to look good so trying too hard looked bad..

this week we knew what to expect and everyone was to be honest completly different, nothing to prove this time, and honestly when i get the recording i hope you agree thats its different to this..

lessons learned from this one and whole class have put so much into it..

more proper high kicks and punches

  • GOOD ONE, URE FANTASTIC!!!

  • gimmie a chance at least, oh and we did it again tonight and its 100% different..no brawling, this time its a controlled well thought out sparring, plenty of kicks, defensive moves and good punches, im sure you will agree.

but that comments going, this is for family viewing as well so no real need for such language...

  • Well done its a great sport, enjoy your journey mate. Give me a mention was you reach Madison Square Guardens or when you go to the UFC lol take it easy Mark Good Luck to you

  • Good skills to have, even for someone like me!
