I was the operator for a 178 erection last Thursday and Friday, and i can confirm that one (large counterweight ) needs to be put in place first. That is definitely a cool model though. This crane has the nicest roomiest cab of any towercrane I have ever run. It even has a small closet! All the controls are computer driven (stepless) and totally fluid.

nice job but it went up in the wrong sequence,
the rear deck and maybe 1 counterweight should have gone up before the jib.
