@vrednie I know that turbo's spooling up, I can see how that was misleading, what I meant was that there was no turbo spooling up in this video, I was under the impression that it wasn't worth it to turbo a V8 engine, clearly I'm wrong because those engines seem to be producing amazing amounts of power, I didn't account for bypass valves, but I would assume most would go for BOV if installing an after market turbo to a XR8, which is what was claimed this car was.

@AussieBloke108 It fairly common knowledge that Turbos "Spool" up ie Begin to generate Boost. Not all blow off valves vent to atmosphere (Ie not noise, "Plumbed back"). I've seen plenty of Turbo V8's. Have a look at Nelson Racing engines, and tell me if Supercharging is better.

There's a number of other things that do the same thing that cannot be turned off... learn your cars first mate.

@324fender XR8 Turbo? firstly they don't come out stock with turbo's, secondly no turbo spools up, thirdly a turbo on an XR8 would have BOV, no BOV sound, to finish that off, you supercharge an 8, not turbo it.

@getcrunkwitdakings Wings are for down force, I'm not sure downforce was in mind when these cars were designed, but none the less that's what they create.
