Could you pls upload a video that shows the right nutrition for GAINING weight instead of loosing? It would be awesome if I'd have a little guide line because I have no idea how to begin with that.

@sixpackshortcuts Hey Mike I believe dieting and starving yourself is THE DUMBEST thing you could possibly do and it is worse than doing nothing. This is because while dieting you will loose weight but your body will go into conservation mode since your depriving your body of food. So, the next time you consume ANYTHING... your body will store all of the food in your body instead of getting rid of unnecessary food.

just saying.. im on low carb diet. w/ nearly only chicken and salad as food.. really works for me. Tho im working out 5-6 days a week

Im in the military and work out constantly yet for
me Ive always had issues with my waistline no
matter the amount of cardio and situps I do. After
losing 20lbs only an inch came off my waistline.
