  • Well, Taiwanese pilots evidently don't do turnarounds...I was in Hong Kong when this happened and never flew China Airlines ever since.

    Having said that pizzo001 I think you probably exaggerated the flight a bit - I would've guessed CA605 had an approach lower/slower than that - the CA pilot was dumb but probably not dumb enuf to force a landing at that kind of threshold altitude. He also messed with his brakes after touchdown didn't he :)
