API Magazine: Renovation Diary Part 2

Sasha de-Bretton Gordon is a full-time investor and renovator. Her latest project is a house renovation down the road from the beach in Perth, which showed strong financial results.

Her total costs, including purchase and renovation, came to $2.4 million. On completion of the renovation, done mostly in five days, the house was valued at $3.5 million.

Sasha filmed her project to create a renovation diary for API's Video Channel.

In episode two, she reveals the major work she did to add more than $1 million value to her property.
