way to lift that heavy shit son
-
i always hear this, but like in real life are you ever going to use strict form? like a clean and jerk is not strict form its a full body excersize where you purposefully use yer whole body. i dont see the problem with this guys form since looks like hes training for power and not bodybuilding.

good song in the background - "triad" by Tool. also good lift!
-
Holy shit- what happened to your leg (if you don't mind my asking).
Oh, and holy shit- that is more than I deadlift.
-
I hope you've improved your good form...
-
anyone that says this is bad form has probably never rowed more than 1 plate. 135 lbs stress is completely different than 400lb stress no matter how strong you are. any ppl talking crap about form should post a video of them doing this weight with "strict" form
-
wow! now that's Real strength!!!!!!!
-
@DKmanden999 im not the guy who was doing that, but it is a really not bad form. that exercise must by dynamic if you want lift something. u dont want to do dynamic and work on pink barbells you can use perfect form and stick with them forever
-
@dlj1 jerking is OK but not controling the weight is bad... if he could just slowlier down the weight it would be better
-
@pussgurka are you serious ?his form was complete shit oO
-
yeah for hypertrophy slow and deliberate is the best.
Very good form with very heavy weights!! What are you pulling in the deadlift? must be pretty good! This is a great auxiliary lift for the dead.

i think i just added my 801 deadlift at 198lbs as a video response. been ranked number one deadlifter in word at my weight class all year. This bent row video is pretty old.

Heh, I randomly came across this. I frequent the iron addicts forums. Anyways this seemed like the best form I've seen anyone do with nearly 400 lbs on the bar.
