    Supposedly it was fraud. I wonder if he brought in a fake winning ticket and collected winnings somehow?

    Seems like a difficult enough process that A.) How did he do it? B.) He did it so well, he must be a smart chap. If it wasn't so illegal I'd say he earned it! lol

  • What's with the name of these towns? Los Banos means The bathrooms in Spanish. There's also a California town called Las Pulgas which means the fleas.
