Seeing & hearing the answer to my question here, after an invitation from GoogleJobs on Tweeter to post questions at the Google moderator and being answered by Melanie from NY in front of the camera is somehow magical :-).The answer is short and simple while the question can be repetitive theme if you're not feeling well at your job.
