Travelling across town to KangarooFlat on November 17th presented stark views of obvious anthropogenic cloud mass resulting from numerous dispersals throughout the region. Having filmed what was seen outside the Government funded 'community health centre' i showed some of the footage taken just prior out the front, to one of the workers inside, she was shocked at the appearance of the unfilted footage on the LCD of my camera. Documentation recording definitative climate engineering activity over central Victoria Australia in direct violation of our human right to pollutant free air.
