Beagleboard Xm Rev.B loaded with the TI android Froyo Devkit(ROOTED) and all the fixins, The quality of the video does not do this device justice, all I had was my moto droid so for that I apologize. There were some minor glitches but the 3d games run really smooth and video outs are excellent. I am using a 23" Asus full HD monitor, hopefully my next post is of better quality and I can show off all the video streaming capabilities as well as a personal development I have working on using the 10.10 ubuntu with gnome GDM
@littlealexno my bad if u extract in terminal just use tar -xjvf /home/chris/Downloads(this is my example) and the extracted file should end up in the same spot.
When you invoke the script make sure in the terminal you are in the extracted folder

@littlealexno completion if you did everything right the terminal should now be going crazy and loading up all the firmware, and your single partitioned sd card will automatically result in 3 partitions boot/android/media(this is the partition you apps would go in)
when all is done in the terminal do a cd command
then -sync
now make sure all partitions are unmounted and your ready to go. hope this helps but i imagine once your in a whole new set of concerns may come up

@littlealexno part 2
-inside the folder you will see the read me text which has simple instructions to invoke the script (the .sh file) in the folder
-back in the terminal change directories to the extracted folder (in my case cd /home/chris/Downloads/ti...... )
-the easiest thing to do here is drag and drop the .sh file in the terminal and change your drive letter as stated in the read me prior to execution.
-go ahead and hit enter possibly your root password and voila..

@tescatlipoca34 lol, this is somewhat of an oxymoron because most people who vest in this board have atleast a general approach, but no worries my friend here is what you do to keep it short, I used ubuntu 10.04
-download the ti android devkit
-extract the .tar(zip) with compression tool or you can use the terminal and do sudo tar -xjvf /location/filename /media/disk(my SD was named disk using 1 partition you may also use /dev/sdx/ "x" being your drive letter)
-go to the extracted file

@suguimoto this in fact has happened to me before, I cant speak with out certainty because I didnt set up your rig but if all is installed properly which it sounds like it is if you have successfully got in before. One thing I have found quite important in my situation is to power the board then insert the sd card and everything should fire everytime. I dont know if you have a terminal set up but it would help you determine the hang ups as well.
