Karl Bohnak discusses his fascination with severe weather with host Michael Marsden, dean and academic vice president of St. Norbert College.
Bohnak is the author of a recently published book "So Cold a Sky," which tells the story of some of upper Michigan's most unique storms and weather occurrences. He has been a television meteorologist in Marquette, Mich. since 1988.
Bohnak received a communications degree and the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in meteorology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his American Meteorological Seal of Broadcasting Approval in 1988.
