This is my favorite video of all time! I'm sure that Disney guy has been doing the ads for Disney since I was at least 3--his voice is in some of my old VHS tapes.

It is called stealing content; Auditype1234 stole it from ebaumsworld, who in turn almost certainly stole it from somewhere else like the rest of their content. It is one giant circle of FAIL, both for the copypasta and the fact the poster visits ebaums.
