Miranda Cosgrove's Reaction To Tour Bus Accident

I'm Joslyn Davis in our Hollywood studios, where just yesterday our team brought you the report about Miranda Cosgove's tour bus crash, and her own sustained injuries which include a broken ankle. All of Miranda's friends, cast-members and fans were quick to tweet out their support, even starting a hashtag online that read #GetWellMiranda. Even Noah Munck, who plays Gibby on iCarly made sure to tweet his support while shooting a film in Bulgaria. This morning Miranda is reacting to the outpouring of support she's received. The actress and singer tweeted out saying -- "Thank you so much for all your messages. They mean so much to me. Yesterday was extremely scary and I'm just so happy everyone's gonna be okay." It's great to hear that Miranda is in good spirits despite her broken ankle. According to TMZ, this accident was in fact extremely serious -- even being described as possibly "life-threatening." The entertainment site states that Miranda was asleep on the bus' front couch and the driver navigated them through a very dark road. This was when the bus driver had to swerve to stop from hitting another vehicle head on. Miranda's mother was also hospitalized for injuries, however the driver was the most severely injured and was actually airlifted to the hospital after a piece from the tractor-trailer went straight through the windshield and then sliced his arm all the way through." Clearly, Miranda's bus crash was very serious, and we are wishing her and her loved ones all the best during this recovery period. I hope the driver's fine. Miranda has lots of support and I know she'll be okay. I only feel really bad for the driver right now. He's the most injured one in that tour bus! GWS!
