0:00 - 4 sec stepped on gas and let go at 3k
0:04 -7 sec stepped on gas until ~5.7k
0:08 -12 stepped to 3k, let off and applied right after (notice hesitation when it picks up at 3k)
0:15-20 throttle action same as 8-12 sec

1ZZ/1NZ COP Wiring:
IGT - Spliced between ECU and ignitor
IGF - Not Connected
12v Power and Ground
Coil and ignitor is in place.
** Problem is possibly due to bad ground on the cylinder head. Does not appear in another swap.
Whistling / cricket noise is the rear PCV outlet, a small piece of tape over to change the airflow fixed the problem.
