Edwin and Betty Morgan - Objects of Wonder

Ed and Betty Morgan speak about her wedding dress, which was sewn from a German parachute Edwin sent home from Europe during World War II. The dress will be included in the exhibition Objects of Wonder from The Ohio State University, on view September 26, 2008 - January 11, 2009.

The Columbus Museum of Art and The Ohio State University have shared a passion for knowledge and collecting for more than one hundred and thirty years. Objects of Wonder from The Ohio State University takes its cue from the age-old cabinet of curiosities, which displayed an astonishing range of objects, from the scientific to the artistic. The exhibition brings to light the surprising treasures held in the University's vast collections, from matchboxes to Marilyn, pigeons to paintings, and cartoons to costumes.
