NEW FTC AUTOMATED CALLS RULES AND HOW TO SURVIVE

The Federal Trade Commission issued its Final Rule amending the Telemarketing Sales Rule on prerecorded telemarketing calls meant to induce the purchase of goods or services. These new laws are in effect as of September 1st 2009 and effect calls to consumers.(This does not affect businesses who can be called anytime with the exception of companies selling office supplies and non-durable goods) This video will tell you how to legally make marketing calls to consumers.
