@museman007 whos says buddy knew she had a husband? Women are liars man. And why would the guy drive to the police station (out of all places) to shoot somebody? Clearly he was seeking help from the cops because he thought the husband (or boyfriend) was going to hurt him, I believe it was self defense.

@FlyinSpaghettiMnstr7 Well I believe that, in order to justify killing another person in self defense, you must truly feel that your life is in danger. If Childress had been 7 feet tall then i might say it was "self defense". But i don't think childress was ever a threat to his life, and therefore it was not necessary to use a firearm. Therefore, I think this was murder, or at the very least, man slaughter.

I love this country, I can fuck a girl whom has a spouse, then let the boyfriend/husband know.. obviously he will be angry at me, then I will kill him making the self defense as excuse!! @egr4ee cops are trained to take a suspect down some just choose or have no choice to kill.and he shot him even after he went down.and that guy was unarmed he didn't have to be shot in the head..trust me had that guy been shot in the shoulder or leg twice that would've put him down unless he's all drugged up.or just do what i do rubber bullets.4 or 5 shots from that and he won't die but he'll get the point.
