i have seen a Volvo XC90 hit at 60 mph by a mustang- Mustang was totalled XC90 barley rolled on his side her solid SUV all people were ok.

I've personally seen a xc-90 roll over.
It was barely moving, but was side impacted ~40-50mph by a 80's ford tempo. The xc-90 tipped up on its side very slowly, but eventually went on to roll to its side.

I'd like to see them put in a hybrid vehicle. They tend to be conservative with change. I mean you can see it with their car designs, they all are very similar looking with the exception of the rear of the C30 which I still haven't quite gotten use to seeing on the road. It just looks so different. I like the taller Volvo, because crashes with Volvo cars with vans, SUVs and trucks is quite deadly in comparison. There are some youtube videos of such as well.
