Secondary Syphilis- Invasion of bloodstream, rash lesions filled with spirochetes, highly contagious.

Latent syphilis, Congenital Syphilis (from birth)

Tertiary Syphilis-Gummas on skin/ hyperimmunity. Destruction of CNS, blindness, insanity

Tx-penicillin -G however, tertiary stage very hard to treat and fatal
