@somethnfancy bone dust? you're supposed to soak the meat in water to let most of the blood seep out to remove the 'earthy' odor/taste. then again, this isn't the authentic way of preparation anyway. it's very lazy. missing SO many ingredients. honey, garlic, ginger, pear juice..

is it okay grace if I marinate it for 48 hrs?

it's ok if you are going to eat it right away. YOu don't want it to go bad. You could marinate for 24 and freeze them if you are not eating right away. Good luck.
